Cross Consulting provides strategic communications and knowledge management approaches to organisations wanting to enhance learning, outreach and the optimisation of organisational mechanisms.
Cross Consulting was founded by Claire Mathieson in 2017 as a platform to assist donor-funded projects in the sustainable development arena to better capture, utilise and disseminate knowledge, and to promote knowledge brokering between like-minded organisations.
Claire provides leadership on knowledge approaches through the development of programme and organisational communications and knowledge management strategies, the facilitation of learning events and workshops, and the production of knowledge products.
At the heart of Cross Consulting is a desire to see improved cooperation between organisations and individuals working towards similar goals, allowing us to build on what has already been done.
